When will I receive my order?

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 10–15 business days for standard shipping on all non-personalized items.

For personalized items, please note they are made just for you and require an additional 3–5 business days for production before shipping.

At this time, we are unable to offer split shipments, so your full order will ship together once everything is ready.

Personalized items are made just for you and require 3–5 business days for production before shipping.

With standard shipping, your order will typically arrive within 10–15 business days total. Expedited shipping only speeds up delivery after production is complete—it does not reduce personalization time.

We do not offer split shipments, so your full order will ship together once your personalized item is ready.

All personalized items are final sale, unless there is a mistake on our end.

What if my package is delayed during shipping?

Occasionally, carrier delays may occur once your order has shipped. While we work with trusted carriers and build in extra time to account for delays, some shipments may be impacted by high shipping volumes or transit issues outside our control.

If your package has not shown movement or been delivered within 10 days of the last tracking update, we will issue a replacement or store credit. In most cases, delayed packages are delivered within this timeframe.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns on items that are unused, unwashed, and in new condition.

  • Returns made within 30 days of the original ship date are eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping costs)
  • Returns made within 31–60 days are eligible for store credit
  • We cannot accept returns after 60 days
